Nonrefundable Fee -
Kindly note that course fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances unless the course is discontinued for some reason by Institute of International Teachers Training.
Cancellation-
Cancellation of registration after payment of fees is not allowed by IITT. The payment can rather be considered nonrefundable and the decision of the project organizer to be held final.
Re- registration-
If a candidate is unable to complete the course within the stipulated time and without valid notification then the registration of the candidate stands cancelled. If the candidate wants to continue with the program then he/she has to re-register by paying an additional fee of 150 USD or 5000 INR as applicable.
Payment Due-
If there is any Installment Fees which is due, it needs to be paid within the due date. If failed to make the payment on time, IITT shall wait and give a grace period of 15 days, in case you are unable to pay within the grace period your registration will be cancelled. After 15 days, you need to make a payment of actual due fees along with the late fee of 50 USD or 2,500 INR to continue the course. During this period no evaluation will be done by the trainers.
Assignment Submission-
All online assignments have to be sent on word doc as attachment. Scanned copies or pdf assignments will not be accepted or evaluated.
Registered E-mail id-
The candidates sending under Online E-Learning Format and Distance Education Format submitting assignments online have to use one email id which is registered with us. Assignments submitted through other e-mails will not be accepted
Attendece Policy-
80% of attendance is mandatory to complete the course and appear for the final examination. In case if you are unable to attend your classes without one day prior intimation than you are not eligible to get any extra classes. You are allowed to reschedule your classes maximum 3 times in this entire course duration with minimum one day prior intimation through what’s app/email. If you stop coming to our classes without one day prior intimation for more than 5classes than you need to re-register by paying Rs-3000/- extra to complete the course along with this you also need to provide a letter stating your problem/situation for being absent.
Time for evaluation-
15 to 20 working days for evaluation of Mid Term Assignment & Term End Assignment.
Grading-
Once an assignment has been graded it cannot be re-done for improving grades. If an assignment has to be redone then the entire evaluated assignment has to be sent along with the REWORKEDPORTION DONE IN DIFFERENT COLOUR
Certification-
Certificate will be indented only after successful completion of all assignments. No requests will be entertained for issuing of certificate before all chapters have been successfully completed. After the last assignment is submitted the processing and dispatch of the certificate will take maximum of 3 to 4 weeks’ time.
Application and Applicant Background Information-
All information provided in the application should be true to the candidate's knowledge. The contact information shall consist of his/her telephone number, email addresses, and the postal mailing address where he/she may be reached. The name provided in the application form will appear on the certificate and cannot be changed. The email id also cannot be changed and will be used for all correspondences. If there is a change in the postal address then IITT contact person should immediately be intimated via email. It is the candidate's responsibility or responsibility of the authorized representative to check for all continuous email correspondence from an authorized Institute of International Teachers Training’s representative. All official correspondence shall be conducted via email unless the applicant otherwise indicates on the application or in written form that this is not a suitable mode of communication.
