About The Course

The Bachelor of Education program in Teaching English as a second language offers advanced and specialized training to the candidates interested in teaching English to non-native speakers. The course is provided by Lincoln University College, Malaysia along with Institute of International Teachers Training.

The program focuses on both practical and theoretical aspects of English-language instruction and providing the candidates with the techniques of teaching English with advanced theories and methodologies. Candidates will get the skills to assess students in educational organizations through lesson planning, student-centered learning, differentiation, and collaboration.

In the course, the candidates will go through practice teaching sessions where they will implement the lessons using principles and techniques that they have learned in the class. Apart from the teaching practice candidates will learn the aspects of English grammar, its usage, and style. Candidates will develop an understanding of international communication along with cultural competency. These skills will aid in increasing the proficiency and fluency of teaching in a classroom.

Equipped with the Degree a candidate will become eligible to teach at any school in India as per the rules and requirements. They will also become eligible to teach in international schools.

Eligibility Criteria

The minimum eligibility criteria for taking up the course are Graduation+2 in any stream.
